Starting January 2024 all Utility Billing accounts will be switched to MONTHLY billing. There will also be a 7.9% rate increase on all accounts.
The last quarterly bill for accounts currently billed quarterly will be sent out in December and will be due February 1, 2024. The next billing will be sent out February 2024 for the month of January. This will be the first monthly billing and it will be due March 1, 2024.
Effective April 1, 2024, water and sewer rates will be increased by 3.1% on all accounts. New rates are reflective in the April billing Due June 1st.

Subsequent bills are monthly billings are due on the first of each month. If due date falls on a week end or holiday, the due date becomes the first business day following the first of the month.

- If you are enrolled in AUTOPAY through our website, you do NOT need to make any changes
- YOU CAN PAY AHEAD IF YOU PREFER NOT TO SEND IN A MONTHLY PAYMENT. A monthly bill will continue to be mailed reflecting a credit balance or current amount due
REMINDERS
- Balances that are six months in arrears will be placed on the winter tax bill.
- Please call the township office for final bill proration for all changes of ownership.
- All non-sufficient funds (NSF) transactions will receive a $40.00 NSF fee and charges will be added back to the account.
