RIGHT TO FARM ACT

The Planning & Zoning Department is available to assist residents, non-residents and developers in obtaining information regarding accessory buildings, setback requirements, fences, swimming pools, storage of vehicles and machinery, zoning requirements and other items. The Planning & Zoning Department also can assist with understanding the current zoning ordinances and how these relate to individual situations. Our regular hours are Monday thru Friday, from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
